The ASW Warranty on guitar loudspeaker
products remains in effect for one year from the date of the first
consumer purchase.
Who is protected by This Warranty?
Your ASW Warranty protects the original
owner and all subsequent owners so long as the original bill of sale
is presented whenever warranty service is required or ownership and
purchase date can be confirmed by our records.
What is Covered by the ASW Warranty?
Except as specified below, your ASW
Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. The
following are not covered: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse,
product modification or neglect, or repairs made by someone other
than ASW. Misuse or abuse includes using speaker for purpose other
than electric guitar or exceeding rated power handling.
Who Pays for What?
ASW will pay for shipping and repair so
long as you ship the product back in the original carton using the
Return Shipping Label included in the initial shipment. Please be
sure to save the original cartons because a charge will be made if
replacement cartons are requested. If ASW determines the repair is
not covered under This Warranty, owner will be charged the standard
repair rate plus shipping.
Who Decides if it is Covered?
With nearly twenty-five years as the
JBL service center in “The Live Music Capital of the World,” rest
assured Austin Speaker Service has seen just about everything.
The capability to diagnose modes of loudspeaker failure is crucial
to providing adequate and professional service to clients. Often
loudspeaker damage may be caused by larger systemic problems (misuse
or abuse) or equipment malfunctions outside of the loudspeaker. If
ASW determines this to be the case, though ASW will not warranty the
repair, they take the time to try and help you identify the problem
to prevent it from happening again.

At Austin Speaker Works our goal is to
make you sound great. We know that if your not happy with your tone,
you won’t play your best. Also, we know that since we are such a
new company, you do not have the opportunity to go and hear our
product. So, in the spirit of growing a large satisfied customer
base, for a limited time, we are offering a two week trial period
wherein, if you are not satisfied with your speakers you may return
them paying a 15% restocking fee.
Simply use the Return Shipping Label
included with your order and return the undamaged product. The 15%
fee is to cover return shipping cost, restocking and order
processing.
This is also to allow you the
opportunity audition different models if you are undecided on what to
choose.
